This whitefly was found on the leaves of Murraya koenigii (Curry Tree). Murraya koenigii is indeed one of the host plants of this whitefly as reported in a 2009 publication on whiteflies in Taiwan [1]. The unique pattern on its black pupae matched the pictures seen in a few publications [2-4].
